Spotted: Black CSVT Peoria area

One of my coworkers sent me a note this morning:

Black SVT (Illinois?) plate number 5385 spotted west bound by ICC at approximately 6:15 AM Friday morning. Turned on to 116 headed for East Peoria. Went under I-74 to red light on 116 by the rail road tracks. Looked to be continuing straight through intersection. Not sure but thinking this might be the same one I saw leaving the court house/jail in Eureka last week.

I saw this one last night myself. It was parked at the court house/jail in Eureka. I left a note on the windshield that they had been spotted and to please check in here. I hope they do because our local group is growing.
