you need to register. on the sale date and time you need to sign on and go to the auction area and watch as all the cars go through auction.. when you see the SVT start bidding. Some cars require you to have a dealers liscence to bid and you need to hire a broker. In this case a liscense is not needed and anyone can bid.

The auction is an "On Approval" sale, so they guy may just say no even if the winning bid is $1000+
