Just saw a black CSVT at 24th St & Indian School. It looked lowered and sounded like it had exhaust. That's the first modded ones I've seen in a long time... excluding Nezer.

So was that any one on here?

Did you see who was driving it? Only because ive done some work on a black one that was modded.

Was it a 98? With cobra badges on the side?

I was looking to see if I recognized the driver, which I didn't. He had facial scruff and a white hat on (not a ball cap). I didn't really have a chance to notice any more.
