3L swap help

Hey guys in OK. anyone local that knows how to do a 3L swap? head gasket is out in the tred i bought so i wanna dump a 3L like my other had. anywone wanna pitch in a hand when im ready?

are u gonna go full 3l or ported? Either way if im back in town and not busy i can lend a hand
