Lug Nuts

I have a set of SVT rims on my LX right now, but I'm swapping out for snow tires on the old 14 steelies. I only have a few of the original lug nuts, and they're much wider at the base than the SVT lug nuts. Will the SVT lug nuts still hold on the steel wheels ok?

I ran steelie's a few years ago on mine for a winter, I had no problems using my lugnuts with them.
