Rack and pinion 98 - 02 the Same?

i have a Rack and Pinion out of a SVTC 98.. looks a little different and my car is a 2000 Cougar MTX. Are all year Contour/Cougar use the same R&P?

i can take pictures of them two when i get home later today.

inner tie rod ends should be different since svts had 16 in wheels. but the rest should be same

Its SVT versus non-SVT due to the SVT having steering stops due to the 16" factory wheels.
