Can some one tell me please how to black out my headlamps

THIS IS WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO DO TO MY HEADLIGHTS CAN ANYONE HELP
 
You have to open them up. Some have used a dremel and cut along the outline of the lamp where the glass meets the black plastic back (where Ford used an adhesive to hold the 2 halves together). Others have baked the lights at a low temp and then quickly pulled the 2 halves apart. Then its all about removing the chrome and painting black. Have you used the search function? There was a complete how-to at one time. Maybe on the old forum archives?
 
Baking open headlights isn't just a Contour thing. Should be able to find a relevent how-to on the internet somewhere.
