I had a friend that tried that, 97 discs on tour to go on 94 tempo. with modification it worked but he had to flex the lower control arms closer together to get it to work with the tour knuckle and about a year later the front lower arm developed a stress fracture and he had to replace it. I would say that's pretty bad and not to try it but then a 95 tour's setup may not require flexing the arms. I would try to find a aftermarket conversion kit thats made for that tempo.
