Hit a bump removing rear bumper

Soooo.... I got a new rear bumper cover for the CSVT, and was trying to put it on. I got the wheel well screws out, and the two nuts off the driver side bumper reinforcement. Here's where I hit a hitch (and this is a stupid question,) but how do I get the two nuts off the passenger side? The exhaust is in the way and I can't get my fat hand up there. Can I just pop just that exhaust pipe out of it's hanger, or will that create too much stress so much elsewhere on the the exhaust system?

The passenger side exhaust hanger had the be removed as it uses the bumper bolts to mount. The exhaust is fine to drop at that hanger.

Ok, that's what I needed to know. I wasn't sure if I had to drop the whole thing or not. Thanks!

I was able to get around the hanger with a short extender on the socket wrench. You have to be lying right under the bumper to get to it.
