What Bumper is this, and does anyone know the car. Its pretty sweet other than being so low and stanced

That's a mondeo, not a contour. The bumpers do not fit with our 5mph bumper supports here in the US and they need to be heavily modified to fit as well as some fender/hood metal work and painting.....

The bumper looks like something is missing without the fog light holes. And imho, the wheels are way too wide in the rear. The owner can hardly fit tires around them. The tires are tucked into the fender but the wheels stick out like an inch past the fender.
