Will a 96 GL Trunk Lid Fit My SVT?

Hey guys,
For some reason I really like the post 98 trunk lids, thinkin about swappin them on my 99SVT, will the 96 trunk lid fit on it perfectly?

common question, common answer... commonly searched for and commonly found.


swap the light connections (so you can physically plug the brake lights in) and the turn/brake light assemblies as well to make sure the pattern matches the one on the trunk.
