    i was saw some people talking about which clay bars are better. i never used 1 b4 & was just wondering what the clay bar is used for. it it like another type of waxing or something.

    This is my understanding of it.

    Its the step after a washing and before polishing and waxing.

    Makes the car feel smoother(you can really tell the difference if done right) by removing dirt tree sap and other left on contaminants that mother nature left there.

    With that said i use the Meguiar's kit just because of the lube used smells so good lol. the Mothers clay is not bad either.
    The reason i ask these question is because answers gives me more knowledge (on WTh I'm doing):o
