Speaker - shape and size

I need new speakers for my Mystique, the ones installed are blown, and horrid for my German techno, Rammstein, and Co.
Since I'm borderline broke, I'll replace first the speakers in the front doors, and then the ones in the rear doors. I was wondering, what size and shape the replacements have to be, since squared speakers are apparently (I'm told) better then round ones, and neither do I know what sizes would fit into the door or not.

Also, if you can make any recommendation regarding what speakers to choose, or what to look for, or even to pick one for me (cause for me they are all the same) I would really appreciate it.
