Can anyone give me an estimate of how long it should take to do this exchange in a garage, not the Ford dealership?

Liftless, on jackstands, one man, hand tools time to pull back the carpet and cut the access holes, on a not rusty car took me about 4 hours to drop the subframe completely out. Took a little longer to finagle it back in with one man, 2 jacks. ( I struggled ) maybe.. 5 hours. That was a first time for me.
Anyone looking to knock the old bushings out, just get a BFH and a couple hard wacks they pop out.
