I am in Miami and have a '99 t-red with prairie tan interior....$2500
Pro's:
99000 careful miles (never raced)
Daily driven
1 owner - original
Mobile 1 since new
Good rubber front and back
interior leather in great shape
never been in freezing weather
paint/body bumper on passenger side perfect

Replaced within last 15000 miles:
new S belt
new thermostat
new OEM linkage cable
new struts
new alternator
new regulators for driver and passenger windows
new OEM rotors and brakes

Con's
shifter is sticky for first few shifts
needs body work in front wheel well (from hit and run)
needs body work on driver rear quarter and left rear bumper (from second and run - love Miami)
clearcoat peeling 90% on trunk deck
clearcoat peeling on 10% hood
needs sunroof motor (does not leak)
front dash defroster vent area curled up as per recall/service bulletin
