So I have this beautiful silver frost 98 csvt. The car is from Arkansas. I did drive it for 1 winter in Illinois, but it should still be rust free. The driver's side skirt broke off and was replaced with a green one.. not shown in picture. This car has WIRING HARNESS ISSUES. ran and drove perfect then one day just never started again. I had my mechanic look into rewiring all but it would cost me too much on labor and I do not have time to do myself. If you have a wiring harness from a csvt that is not beat to **** then you can have a perfectly running csvt
