Just picked up my 24th CDW27 platform Mystique/Contour.

I found a local Contour pre98 t-red trunk lid and rear bumper to put on this Mystique after I get the trunk latch area pulled out.

And the car at home after a 3 hour trip to pick up some boomboxes :laugh:. I went to pick up the car with my wife 1 hour from home. She dropped me off. I finished the car deal and drove it another hour from home. Grabbed the boomboxes and made the 2 hour trip back.

I like the Mystique, but I love the boom boxes. I'm pretty sure Shockwave is sitting in your back seat.

Is the one in the front seat monophonic sound? Or is that just half of the box?

That is the elusive unicorn SILVER JVC RC-550 and it is in fact a MONO box! There are only 3-4 known to exist right now, all the other ones are black. This one a boombox friend of mine bought for $1,500 and asked me to pick it up for him . The other 2 are for my collection, Helix Wheely 5000 and the Conion C-126F gold trim :drool:.

I made a deal with my dad and the last of my siblings that needs a car. He's going to do some window wrapping and soffit work on my house in trade for the Mystique.

I found cars for all of them over the years, but finally that should be the last one!
