So I helped my cousin build a competent track weapon that'd be still drivable for daily purposes.
Took it out yesterday to the track to shake it down and to put some smiles on my face.
Here is a quick video of it going around the local track Calabogie Motorsports Park. The car has MONSTER grip.
Got some Yonaka Motorsports Coilovers and put some 17x9 wheels wrapped with 245 40 17 Bridgestone RE11's all around, and this thing is seriously a fun toy to rip around the track. Made sure the ride height was set correctly to ensure that it isn't over lowered. For a beginner where less the power is better, this is a great car to start off with.
