Painted Cowl Hood

trying to be different heres some pics enjoy. ill post pics of it on the car once the 3L is put in ,and the car is drivable.
(about 12 hours of prep, first time painting anything)

I am thinking about doing this since my hood isnt in great condition...... But It just doesnt look so great painted!

I'll be painting mine just as soon as I remove the bird bath on the middle of it. and make it functional.
