Well, it was the first nice day in weeks, so I decided to start taking pics to gather possible submissions for the calender. Here are the top several from today... I'll go out a few more times to get other options too, hopefully including pics including my wife's 2000 Silver Frost Mystique (that is now my dd) with my car.

Based on feedback from here, I'll submit the top few to the official calender thread. Pics are in order taken:

Beautiful car. I agree with WorldTour, #9 is really nice, you should put it into the calendar voting (if you haven't already put one in.)

Another question though, could you elaborate on your sound system? I saw the little blurb in your sig and I'm curious.

I would like #9 if it didnt look like the umbrella was coming out of the car. Its just distracting to me. Just what I noticed.

I did take a couple of photography classes in HS so maybe thats why it bugs me. They always pointed that stuff out to me.

#9 possibly, but you should have at least washed the car first .

I used to compete in Sound Quality competitions all the time. I competed with the system in this car, as it sits today, starting in May 2001. The five titles I have are:
2001 IASCA World Champion - Pro Street 1-600 watt class
2002 SLAP National Champion - Pro Street 1-600 watt class
2002 MECA National Champion - Master Class
2003 IASCA World Champion - Expert Street (a/k/a StreetX) 1-600 watt class
2005 SLAP National Champion - Expert Street class (open power)

From 2001 - 2003 it was definitely one of the top competition vehicles in the country, if not internationally. A few of the larger events those years would have an extra day of competition for the class winners, runners-up and select other "wildcard" qualifiers. I placed as high as 4th in these Open class "Best of the Best" competitions that had 25 to 30 or more cars competing in them.

I retired after the 2005 competition season, but now the car audio scene is nearly gone unfortunately.

Here is the Car Audio & Electronics magazine feature on my car from 2003...

I probably should have... :) but you weren't supposed to notice that I have driven in the rain since I washed it last. True story.

Very nice. What kind of wheels are those? They look soo good on Tours.

They are Konig Imagine (silver) 17" wheels.

Had another nice day yesterday, so took some more pics... Unfortunately some of the pics that should have been really good had an issue with the picture quality (grainy for some reason) so I need to re-do them. But here are a few that turned out better than the others...

...are there any that you think should be in that I don't have, and which would you replace with them?

i wouldnt do any of ones where you can see graphics in the back window. it just seems cleaner without. looks good tho:cool:
