So last Sunday was the first local autocross in a while. My car did great, placing 4th in SMF and 34th out of 115 cars in the morning runs, and placing 2nd in SMF and 21st out of 90 cars in the afternoon runs. Ramon stopped out for the afternoon runs in his 3L swapped w/ Terry Hains trans 99 SVT and ended up placing 39th out of 90, and 5th in SMF. It was his first time out in a long while with the car after having some work completed on the car. For only getting 3 runs in for the p.m. heats, and getting a feel for the car, he did great! Its always fun talking to people out there about our cars, and they always catch a bit of attention.

Here is a video of all of my runs through the day. First run was probably the most amusing looking back at it now. Pardon the language.

Here are the results for the a.m. You'll have to scroll through to see the different classes, and the raw and pax times are at the bottoms of the pages.

Dude, awesome. Can't help laugh at the windshield wipers going, and the one gimpy wiper. What gear were you in?

Hahaha, i know, i laugh every time i watch it now! And most autocross events are run in 2nd gear. Most tracks i see around 62mph or so.

Nice videos and good driving!! (spoiler alert)---did you get black flagged when your wiper blade fell off?? haha j/k

Thanks! And surprisingly, no i didnt get black flagged. Luckily, right now i only race at smaller, regional events and they dont take things too terribly serious.
