Power Antenna Problem

Ok, about half of the nylon drive strip on my antenna broke off inside the antenna motor. Is there a way to get it out of the tube that goes into the motor? It doesn't look like the motor comes apart, so I am stumped at this point.
 
My power antenna was all bent and damaged from previous owner. I just pulled it out and replaced it with a fixed mast antenna from a base Contour.
