underdrive pully...

ive seen a few posts about underdrive pullies, and i was wondering what these really do, i understand that they slow down everything by about 25%, but how much more of an increase of power do you get from this?

They give you a nice boost of about 5hp.

What really makes a difference is how much more responsive that the engine feels.
