First question: Will this fit a 1998 (09-97 build date) Contour 2.0L VCT with no modifications?
Second: Anyone ever use this and is there any noticable gains? Seems kinda cheap for a header system.
Third: Will I need a chip and tune for this to function properly and safely or can I just bolt it on and go?

yes it will fit without modification. you will notice gains, especially with an intak and the rest of the exhaust system. Dont need a tune, but for the most power, it would help.
