Replacing timing belt

If I got the belt & tensioner (along w/ the waterpump), do you think it's neccessary to replace the pulleys? ...as long as they look to be in good shape

LOL, yea, replacing the pulley and tensioner is a must when doing the Zetec timing job...

Got the kit and did it all. Good thing, the pulleys looked mighty shabby.
