bat y pipe and cat

have completed my 3 l conversion , and dyno runs show i am running rich , and really rich at top end down to 10.4 afr.
have no fault codes other than a 401, as i have removed egr
have read that the bat free flow cat can become clogged, what sort of mileage would this happen at, mine has been on 10 years now, but just 30.000 miles on it , could a clogging cat be a reason for my richness
wonder if bat would sell just the cat , as my pipework is good
any other company doing a free flow cat

the car is rich because you haven't had it tuned. These car run very rich from the factory.
