I don't know, the tips looked a little bigger than stock from the grainy video. But I must say they need a resonator, badly. It sounds like an agry bumblebee. With a resonator it would probably sound pretty good.

its probly got headers and maybe no cat :shrug: (judging from the insane rasp) with the stock cat-back, resonator removed, and replaced the stock mufflers with some flowmasters..? just a guess.. message the guy on youtube. thats always one way to find out.
