ST200 - where is my power?

I know I'm a little late to the party here, and I can't see the dyno graphs, (I'm at work), but 30° of temperature difference is HUGE, and will drastically affect power & torque at all RPM ranges. It sounds like your power difference could definitely be solely from the temperature, especially if your cold run was done with a cooler engine than your warmer run. I'll try to remember to look at your charts when I get home, but at this point, I think you may be chasing a ghost.
 
I'll go dyno her again (temperatures are about 60-70 F) but I've tried some sprint with my friends... and the car runs like 160-165 HP...

I'm going to install 65 TB soon, and go tune after that.
So I'll dyno stock airbox, contour's, and new TB with both of them...

And we will see...
