Thermostat..??? Which one

Ok so, autozone and napa make 182, 190 thermostat.
Anyone else has something lower that you know????? Or what's ever recommended the best for these engines.

I think the OEM thermostat is a 188 so either should work just fine. Be glad it seems like a standard part unlike my dual stage mazda thermostats that you couldnt find anywhere.

I do believe there is a way to upgrade to the mustang term.

190 is the one most use or are given for a stock replacement.

Its a 160 deg one. I have it in my silver car. It runs about 165 or so on the highway and about 180 in traffic, sometimes gets up to 210 or so in 90 deg weather in stop and go traffic. Id recommend getting your fan temps turned down too with this mod.
