what is the best intake for my csvt??

The stock one is great. If you're going to upgrade, get a cold-air from Nautilus Performance Group. Otherwise, leave it alone.

In the grand scheme, the intake is the most miniscule, worthless, forgettable mod you will ever do. So don't think too hard about it.
 
Drop in K&N filter or a nautilus cold air intake.


If you insist on having a open air filter then at least get/make a heatshield.
 
the sound of the open element is pretty good, but make sure to have a heat shield with it as noted ...
 
i realized just a couple of days ago that the rubbermaid garbage bin heatshield won't work for our cars... :nonono:

He didnt say it sounded different but he said the sound of the open element sounds good and i didnt know if he meant with, or without a heatshield.

Im glad it doesnt change the sound im in the process of making one out of excess duck work i had laying around in my basement.
