I have a '98 SVT and some of the wiring is showing at the crank sensor. What I was wondering is will a 2000 EFI harness work in my car? I have a set of new green injectors so if I swap out the injectors will the harness plug into everything else. Also will the return fuel system still work right I'm thinking no but just wondering if anyone else has done something like this. Thanks
 
Youll need the entire fuel system from a returnless car.

I tried searching on this topic a little bit. Im not sure if anyone has done it or not. Theres speculation that the harnesses wont match at the 3 main connection points.
 
the wiring harness for a 2000 is different from a 98.

The difference is the addition of an electronic fuel pressure regulator. The clips for the injectors are also different. The 2000 actually has a clip where as the other years are simply held in place by a wire clip.


just seperate each wire and rewrap it with electrical tape. Be gentle though since the wiring may be fragile.
