are these worth it and will this work?

well the low rpm/high throttle input "stutter" that I have been chasing forever turns out to be a bad injector. I performed a fuel injector rail service several weeks back because I had done literally everything else and after the service the car ran absoluteley top notch for two days but the problem gradually came back. The only thing that this service affected internally was the injectors and I have a feeling that depressurizing the rail and then putting the pressure back to it dislodged something in one of the injectors and it slowly worked its way back into the injector. strangely enough I have been experiencing poor fuel mileage (15mpg) since this problem arose but the two days it ran good.......I got 24mpg so you can see my theory.
