  • DPFE Delete

Im running a 3L Turbo. EGR system was originally on the car however I have removed it using a PRT kit. Does the DPFE have to be connected anyways?

Hopefully you built the motor to handle it. Once it runs right you won't want to sell it, just too much fun.

The DPFE can be left disconnected and it doesnt throw a code? The last 3.0L swap I did Ieft the solenoid and dpfe sensor, vacuum still goes to the dpfe ref (iirc), other side vented. No codes thus far. This is also how I did it on my personal old svt with factory ecu to pass inspection iirc.
