hotglow undercar kit

I have a hotglow kit and broke a bulb so i replaced it thinking it would work again. Before when i broke the bulb i could turn it on and the lights would flash and go back off. So i replaced the bulb and had to move the power converter and all of a sudden it doesn't flash at all now. Any ideas as to what is happening? Im thinking a new power converter cause i have power to the switch.

it dosnt flash but still comes on?? or just nothing happens?? explain in more detail please.

ok they came on and worked until one bulb broke. So while the bulb was broke i would turn the switch on and the lights would flicker once and then go out. So i bought a new bulb and expected once i got it installed that the bulbs would come on and work again. so i put that in and messed with the power converter a little bit to get the wires to fit correctly and now when i flip the switch the lights don't come on at all and they don't flicker either.

i suspect you blew a fuse when you turned them on after the bulb blew. thats what the flicker than off was. thats where i would start lookingif the fuse is good pull out the DVOM and start checking where you have power. if you have power at one point in the circuit and then not at the next then its between those points.
