DiabloSport Chip programmer in the DC-area

Hello folks,
I purchased a Diablo Chip from Hector several months ago. I am now ready for my project Zetec to begin and need the chip to perform at peak efficiency. I live in NoVA and would be willing to ship the chip, but prefer a local vendor. Does anyone know of a tuner that re-programs Diablo Chips?
