antena ?

where could i get an OEM antena for my svt contour.. ford wants 53 bucks .. i tryed seachin a couple site and i cant find anything.. can anyone help me..

car-part.com might be expensive, just find an antenna at the junk yard or wal-mart even. If it's a power antenna, then a mast on ebay is still only about $15.

your best bet to get a correct fitting one and one that will work correctly is from Ford ... you could try a junk yard


also what is wrong? the mast can be replaced ... the one I replaced mine with is from a Taurus ...

yeah i found one on ebay for 15 bucks.. ford wanted to much im not going to give an arm and leg for an antenna .thanks guys.

Hey, if you buy the ebay power antenna it will not fit the svt. I know, I had to send it back after a big hassle and it cost like $10 in shipping.
The problem is when you order it, they ask you a million questions about your car, like it's an exact made to order unit or something, yea right.
You get a generic Ford power antenna.
It will not have the correct bracket and will mount too low to snug to the fender.
Sorry guys, Ebay in this case is not the answer.

In this case either buy the ford part or go junkin.
