I've been waiting a week for full activation, I need to be able to post because I'm doing head work this weekend and I need all the resources I can get...
Thanks

You'll have your opportunity to post soon enough.
In the meantime, use the search and private message features.
Resources are not limited during your short stay in this forum. Searching is completely open/unlocked.
In fact, that is the PURPOSE of your stay here, to ..."convince".. you to search more and ask less. The HOPE is that people will have searched out their pending problems/answers before leaving this forum and will spend the rest of their time on this forum knowledgeable of both the workings of this forum and how to find answers (such as head prep/work) on your own.
You should try that right now while you are waiting to get out of this forum anyway!

Ive already searched my ass off... im not a post whore, there is no information readily pretaining to my situation. I've never seen a site so nazi over full activation... I'm not some little 16 year old with my first car asking questions like what size blue bulbs can i put in my reverse lights. I have an actual problem and i need to speak with people about my particular situation. I guess no one wants to help me out or give me the advice I need.

Well the last thing you want to do is argue with the mods/admins. As much as I wish I could help you, sometimes it takes LOTS of searching to find out exactly what you need. But least time I checked, "head" is a four-letter word so you will probably find out information you need EVENTUALLY...

just letting you know i am not new to cars or forums, ive done whole engine swaps, rebuilds and major repairs. I have been an active member of about 20 forums over the last 10 years. I know how to use the search button. Ive been searching for about 2 weeks here. I just need contour specific information

also dont forget to search the old forums. there is tons of info there that hasnt made it to the new forums.
we have these forums, the old forums (ubbthreads based) and then the forum ARCHIVES) from years ago.. search all three (can be located via the main www.contour.org (http://www.contour.org) page on the left table.

Jesus christ, just give the guy activation.
Rawburt... new members are required to stay their share of 14 days or 5(iirc?) posts.. whatever the rules say.. goes.
We don't "GIVE" anyone ANYTHING.. its automatic.. the software does it.. regardless of his situation, nobody will get an "early out". Give it up.

Sometimes life isn't fair . It will work out in the end, though. Good luck with the heads ;)

Why can't you just ask your questions in here? It's pretty obvious that some of us from the elite upper echelon of the CEG community still step down from our soapboxes and high horses to assist the searchily challenged and postily inept members with there problems. In fact I've got a discounted rate this month of $19.95 per/hour for my services.

Why didn't you post your questions? We would have helped you out.
How did the job go and do you have any other questions that we can answer for you?
Edit:
Never mind, I see you made it out of the new member classroom and posted in troubleshooting.
