ok, i obivously dont know all there is to know about molding fiberglass so i was wondering if anyone could tell me if its possible to wrap existing interior parts with fiberglass to make a smooth paintable surface that that wouldnt look like a rattle-can job? of not, how do i go about creating these parts?

if your talking about the door latch covers, door handles, dash bezel, etc... i believe most people just sand them smooth and then paint.

for interior plastics: 150, then 300, then 600 grit sand paper to very smooth, then krylon fusion plastics paint, and you're good to go. no fiberglass necessary.
