New kid yo!

Hey my name is Terry and I just got my first car about 5 days ago..

Its a White 1998 Ford Contour LX/SE (4speed Auto). Its got a 16valve Zetec 4 Cylinder..
145,000 miles.. paid $1300 for it..

I like it alot, and its fun to drive.. I ordered some neons to go inside my car to light it up so that should be sweet..



I want it to go alot faster and get as much performance out of it as i can.. Any suggestions?

A lot of focus parts can be made to fit with some modification such has headers, supercharger, etc. Im sure you could do a budget turbo kit and get another 50 whp out of it.

i am currently the only member that has a turbo zetec. i built the kit completely from scratch. if anybody is interested in having me build them a kit or wants any tips if they are going to try to build their own just send me a PM so as to not clutter this thread.

Man that sounds like "alot" of money to put into such a car... No offence but is that car at 200HP yet? :laugh:

actually i have maxed out the stock cams, right at 200WHP. some better cams (too bad nobody makes any for the contour zetec) should bump me to the 130-140WHP range without even bumping up the boost from 10PSI
