its for a 1998.5 CSVT, its got a sticker on the back that says Kurtz Kustomz dated 10/31/00 it says: SFG0IMRS.E2S NASP V5 and theres another sticker also that says SFGO-RS R-04934 on it. i will post pics up later. you can try my cell at 952-367-6790 shoot me an offer. name is Tyler
