Fair price for E1 wheel set?

My neighbor wants to buy my E1 SVT wheels for his Focus, and I'm not sure what to charge him. They have a couple of nicks, but otherwise in good shape. The tires on them are shot, so the price would be for wheels only.

Any opinions?

$100 for all four rims (not each rim) would be a fair price.

I got mine (6 of time) for $100 total. All straight.
I did drive to Phily to pick them up though.
