Stock SVT exhaust question

I took the stock SVT y-pipe and catalytic converter off my car a few months ago and was going to sell those parts to another user, but I want to make sure I am not misadvertising the item. I ended up torching a couple of the bolts/studs in half to get the parts off the car easier. Is it fair to say that those broken off bolts/studs could be removed from these parts (they seem to be pretty tight in the flanges)? I just don't want to sell someone these parts if the bolts/studs won't come out.

They are in there pretty tight but they do come out... Soak them with some lubricant and use a big hammer to hammer them out :)
